A public conference to present the results of the BIOPAMA programme in improving the biodiversity and protected area management in Africa, Caribbean and Pacific countries will be held on Thursday, 4 February 2016 in Brussels.

The conference is hosted by the Info Point of the European Commissions’s Directorate General for Development and Cooperation, in collaboration with the ACP Secretariat. Representatives of the BIOPAMA implementing partners will highlight the results towards equipping the ACP countries with the best available scientific information systems and building their capacity to improve policies and better decision-making on protected areas, biodiversity conservation and access and benefit sharing.
